Job Description-Mô tả công việc
- Make quarter liquidation report of materials, stock report
- In charge of all activities related to import material, export F/G to customers, customs & logistics for export
+ Contact customers for shipping plan
+ Work with forwarders, shipping line for booking, bill of lading
+ Prepare shipping document for customs clearance, Country of origin (C/O)
+ Monitor customer claim on delivery, quality issues
+ Co-operate with Delivery Section in Purchasing for customs liquidation......
- Make Action Plan & Perform to get targets given
Job Requirement
• Requirements
+ University graduated
+ Female/ Male.
+ Having good knowledge about import/export and customs declaration/clearance,
+ Experience in Logistics, material management control, material Balance report and import / export process
+ Fluent in English ( speaking and writing), Japanese language is preferred.
+ Have experience working in Japanese and Export processing enterprises companies is preferred.
+ Able to use Microsoft office (word, excel…)
+ Good health and ability to work independently or good sense of team-work
+ There are scientific approach abilities, sense of cooperation and communication skill.
+ Ability to work under high pressure
